How to transfer itunes library to new computer with iTunes to iTunes Transfer?

Step by step to transfer itunes library to new computer with iTunes to iTunes Transfer
Part One:
Backup your iTunes library
Step 1. Download Free trial version here and install it to your PC.
Step 2. Select your preferred language, backup type and backup folder.

Step 3.
Click the
button on the skin and then, in the pop-up windows dialog, choose a backup name and typewrite the name of the creator (optional). Change the backup type if you want, then "OK".

It will automatically scan the iTunes library on your PC and start to backup. After backup, it's a folder in My Documents\iTunesBackup (if you did not change the default settings)
Notes:
If you want to transfer the itunes library to new computer, please Copy the backuped folder to your new computer with your external hard drive, and then plug the hard drive into a new computer.
Make sure iTunes is installed on the other computer, and just copy the contents of the iTunes backuped folder from your external hard drive to the new computer (in the same location as the old computer). iTunes will recognize the files the next time you run it, and you'll be good to go.
Part Two:
Restore from the iTunes library you just backuped
Step 1.
Click the
"Import" button on the skin and then, Select and import a backup folder in the list box.
Step 2. Highlight the backup file and Click the
"Restore button on the skin and "Yes" in the pop-up windows dialog. Then it will automatically restore iTunes backup.

Optional Part Three:
Update from the iTunes library you just backuped
Highlight the backup file and Click the
"Update" button on the skin and it will automatically update the folder.
If you update from a friend's iTunes library, it will automatically detect the duplicated ones and add new ones.
