Step 1.
Download Free iPod to iTunes Transfer trial version here and install it to your PC.
Step 2.
After installation, open iPod to iTunes Transfer it will read your itunes music, then please connect your iPod to your PC. you can have this interface of iPod to iTunes Transfer as below.
Step 3.
Find
"iPod 2 iTunes" from Start menu and click "iPod 2 iTunes". The program will start then.
Click Maximize button at the right top to get the full screen of the program.
Step 4.
Normally, iTunes will be auto-run first. In iTunes, make sure that "Enable disk use" has been checked in the iPod Options. iPod and iTunes will be detected automatically.
Step 5.
From this list, you can now select and drag the files you want to back up to iTunes directly.
Step 6.
Sleep easy! The files are now backed up to iTunes.
